What your background should be

Require 5+ years of retail collection or credit experience. Prefer 5+ years of commercial collection experience. Knowledge of federal bankruptcy and state collection laws. Require working knowledge of credit philosophy and policies, loan documents, bankruptcy and related legal issues. Prefer basic knowledge of loan and deposit systems, business loan sales and underwriting process and real estate collateral.

Bachelor degree
