What you'll be doing

The Manager, real assets products role resides within corporate marketing asset management marketing team, which aligned with specific sales channels and products. Specifically, this professional is responsible for serving as the marketing subject matter expert on these investment products. Candidate will work closely and collaborate with colleagues in various departments including sales, product and client portfolio management to ensure high quality production, delivery and positioning of materials and investment information. Drive creation and production of new product marketing content (i.e. sales ideas, product brochures). Create full range of client segment specific marketing materials in support of asset management products. Partner with client portfolio management (CPM) and product management teams to develop product centric marketing content based on product positioning, product performance and competitive insights. Ensure content sources/libraries are easily accessible and populated with up to date materials. Help ensure consistency across the organization (e.g. RFPs, sales presentations, web, collateral, etc.) to drive product messaging and seamless integration of marketing activities. Continually leverage real time learning from client feedback and the front line to refine sales support and client facing communications optimally support the field in execution of these products. Research and understand competitors to enhance knowledge and incorporate industry best practices into our strategy and materials.

What your background should be

Minimum 5 to 7 years related financial services marketing experience required. Strong sales orientation; takes initiative to implement necessary tactics successfully execute strategic programs. Excellent product knowledge of relevant asset class/product set. Strong understanding of the asset management industry. Excellent project management, organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects effectively. Independent problem solving.
