What you'll be doing

The manager of national communications platforms is responsible for leading highly visible projects like national call sharing, national reporting, call back assist, genesis elimination, and star (second time around routing). The candidate will involve managing development of new intelligent routing engines, co-ordinate efforts across internal company as well as external teams etc. Develop enterprise architecture across teams, identify solutions for complex business problems, facilitate integration of application across teams, and design implementation plan. Observe next generation industry trends, introduce best practices, and look for opportunities to converge and collaborate across it organizations. Support external teams concerning production support for application, assist in new technology trials and proof of concepts. S/he is responsible for the architecture and deployment of ipacd across all company lines of business. Incumbent is responsible for the design, development, and distribution of ipacd soft phone. S/he will handle software management tasks like application versioning, migration to newer platforms (e.g. Windows 7).

What your background should be

The ideal candidate should have experience in designing enterprise-wide desktop and web applications. This requires knowledge in microsoft.net visual studio tools along with programming languages like c#, java. Develop advance ms sql and oracle applications for managing real time, historical and regulatory requirements. Create ssis plans to distribute data across multiple data warehouse servers. S/he should have the ability to design and plan infrastructure for deployment of heterogonous applications desktop, mobile.
