What you'll be doing
- Ensure the enhancement of existing listening capabilities and derive measurements that are actionable and relevant to the BU leadership team. Manage the monitoring of broad social media and community conversations. Oversee the assessment of issue severity and recommend appropriate course of action. Ensure identification of appropriate owners and facilitate task teams to define immediate customer response, root cause problem identification, and closed-loop corrective action. Oversee the development of analytics from social media activity; create standing and ad hoc reporting for high level executives. Manage and oversee the design and execution of a listening framework that provides a holistic view of the impact and reach of listening. Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies; foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
What your background should be
- At least 8 years of experience with social media monitoring. Experience communicating both verbally (on the phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) issues in clear. Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Bachelor degree
