What you'll be doing
- The Strategic Finance team is a small team that sits at the Enterprise level of the organization, reporting to the CFO. The Manager, Finance will serve as a financial and analytical hub between the core business units, corporate functions, emerging businesses, enterprise strategy, investors, and senior management. As a Manager, Finance, the individual will cover a wide variety of responsibilities, from defining and driving budgeting and forecasting processes, to evaluating and managing capital allocation decisions, to designing and maintaining executive and REIT related reporting, to conducting ad-hoc analyses for emerging businesses, etc. It is the Accountability of the Manager, Finance to determine and track trends, metrics, and macro factors that highlight key business performance risks, issues, and opportunities.
What your background should be
- 5-10 years of financial experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
