What you'll be doing

Plans and directs all aspects of human resources information systems (HRIS) including ERP, applicant tracking, learning management, etc. Researches, evaluates, tests and selects the necessary solution and most efficient platform necessary to assist the human resources department in meeting the operational information management goals. Oversees design and implementation of software configurations and customizations. Oversees the maintenance of third-party interfaces and the design and development of human capital analytics to meet the company need for decision drivers. Maintains awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support and applying key technologies. Ensures appropriate interfaces are in place to eliminate redundant data entry and define a database of record for various types of data hr project manager for implementations, conversions, upgrades and other large scale projects. Recommends best practices or customizations to hr application. Evaluates test new software and new functions of existing software. Works with it to develop and test interfaces with other systems or vendors. Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

What your background should be

The candidate should have experience in related field. Strong understanding of database design, structure, functions and report writing skills. Strong PC skills with concentrated abilities using databases and spreadsheets. Knowledge of organizational development, change management, information security. Demonstrated customer service with strong verbal and written communications skills. Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required Schooling / Training

BA degree.
