What you'll be doing
- Serve as subject matter/HRIT expert on workday functionality including defining requirements, configuring solutions, managing testing and validation, documenting process change and training users on new processes and tools. Provide leadership and ongoing management of workday, the HR system of record, to maximize technology and deliver high standards of service delivery. Develop and lead a customer focused effort, constantly improving processes and procedures to meet changing technical and customer requirements in a pro-active manner. Manage communications of the workday system, ensuring timely communication of and training on process changes, system improvements or any other important information to all users, at all levels in the organization. Ensure delivery of transactional HR processes to ensure efficiency and high data integrity across all locations. Manage security settings, create new user accounts, update data tables, configure processes and tools, troubleshoot issues, etc. Manages integrations with HR and other systems requiring data from workday, to include writing necessary scripts and integration files, full testing and implementation. Write and maintain a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Develop and enhance standard reports to address ongoing HR and business needs. Prepare, implement and maintain procedural and process documentation. Develops audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity and security.
What your background should be
- 7+ years within IT and HR systems strong technical and working knowledge of IT/HR systems, applications, theory and practice; workday systems knowledge preferred knowledge and experience with of XSLT and SQL programming; workday studio software experience a plus advanced technical skills in the areas of database management, integration file management, and reporting exceptional project management and process mapping skills. Business partnering team leadership creative/breakthrough strategic thinking effective communication skills, both written and oral accountability for results.
