What you'll be doing

The hiring company is currently looking for a manager in training. Selected candidate for this position will be involved in every aspect of the store operation including selecting, coaching, and developing store teammates. The applicant will be responsible for building teammate capability and retention, and building teammate, and customer satisfaction, and loyalty. The incumbent will be responsible for setting priorities of the team to ensure task completion. This position will be responsible for preparing statistical and narrative reports of store activities. Responsible for creating results for teammates, customers, and for the company. Building and achieving sales, s/he will also be responsible for directing, supervising, and delegating production of donated goods to the sales floor.

What your background should be

The applicant should have minimum 3 years of management experience in a retail or production environment. Production supervision experiences a plus. S/he should have the proven ability to recruit, lead, and manage a team. The candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills. The incumbent should have the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business that will require evening and weekend shifts.
