What you'll be doing

Assures timely and accurate reporting and analysis for all direct mail campaign results, and provides insights and recommendations to the rewards team. Assures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all coupon cadence and promotional activity results, forecasts and recommendations for the marketing planning team. Assures the oversight and integrity of the coupon creation, testing, and reporting processes. Assures the oversight of the planning, deployment, and reporting for all internally-developed customer surveys and the monitoring and weekly reporting of competitor activities. Prepares accurate rewards campaign reports including redemption, response, and impact to total company. Provides weekly snapshots as well as mid-point and final in-depth summaries. Oversees weekly competitor tracking report and distributes to marketing leadership. Reviews and edits weekly coupon results reporting for marketing leadership, providing insights and key learning. Analyzes and forecasts sales and margin impact of any planned promotional activity and provides insights and recommendations to the marketing planning team. Provides oversight and direction to the coupon creation, testing, reporting, and analysis processes, understanding that barcode errors could have serious and significant financial impact for the company and negatively impact the customer experience. Partners with director, marketing analytics in the creation and review of monthly dashboard documents (overall business and market research) for famous footwear leadership. Maintains a thorough understanding of overall business results, KPIs and sales drivers in order to ensure insightful analytics of all projects within larger business context. Partners with director, marketing analytics with monthly forecast and annual budgeting processes. Oversees the internal rewards customer survey, ensuring ongoing monthly/quarterly deployment and providing monthly/quarterly results summaries. Creates and presents rewards campaign results, total company sales performance, and summaries for seasonal key event recap meetings. Partners with other teams within marketing as needed to ensure accurate results and meaningful recommendations for key event recaps. Creates ad-hoc analyses as needed using a variety of data sources (sales, coupon redemptions, market works, NPD, brand index). Creates and maintains ongoing summaries and analyses including customer retention and DMA reviews. Works with other analytics team members on special projects and other reporting as needed.

What your background should be

Minimum three years experience in marketing analysis or other analytical, data-oriented role. Exceptional Excel skills. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Strong analytical skills with ability to pull takeaways out of data. Ability to present results of analysis to all levels of organization in a clear, understandable manner.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.
