What you'll be doing

Management and oversight of the various investigator initiated studies (LiS) program budgets across TAs: this includes all process-related aspects to manage monthly budget reconciliations across all TA's, quarterly budget projection reconciliations, adjustments, and quarterly accruals. Management and oversight of the various medical operations project budgets across TAs, including registries, ph4, and collaboration studies: this includes all process-related aspects to manage monthly budget reconciliations across all TA's, quarterly budget projection reconciliations, adjustments, and quarterly accruals. Management for the appropriate analysis and documentation of fair market value for all approved and funded studies within medical operations. Management of medical operations systems, including compass, the LiS web portal, and other metric reporting responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Active working experience and/or courses pertaining to accounting and finance as it pertains to clinical research and/or MA areas (such as GCP, investigator initiated studies; medical/educational grants administration; medical information; registries; OIG/PhRMA guidance.). Minimum 5-8 years of experience working in area finance in pharmaceutical and/or biotech company(ies). Ideally, the incumbent will have an accounting background with active experience in aforementioned areas. Incumbent must have record of accomplishment of working well in a dynamic environment, must be self-motivated, able to work with a limited amount of supervision after the initial on-boarding period and enjoy working with different stakeholders (clinical, pre-clinical, commercial, external customers).

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree required and master degree desirable.
