What you'll be doing
- Plans, directs, and controls the resources and efforts of staff for the network development intake team. Obtains and manages resources (people, material, and support) to effectively and efficiently support operational needs and strategic initiatives. Reports project status and progress to senior management. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of output and deliverables for assigned functional area. Has fiscal responsibility for assigned budgets. Manages maintenance of contract and application work flows to ensure accuracy and timeliness of provider network development efforts. Develops and implements continuous process improvements and project specific reporting tools, benchmarks and executive summaries. Manages service issues. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
What your background should be
- Experience leading/directing work of others; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- Requires a H.S diploma.
