What you'll be doing

Developing new employee sales training/boot camp program, working cross-functionally to develop content and certification program. Ongoing certification and education opportunities related to new product launch, sales process or other initiatives. Manage global sales kickoff events, including logistics, program management and cross-functional alignment. Effectively onboard new sales professionals measured through time to productivity. Establish mentorship program for new employees. Develop certification/badging program for ongoing sales training and enablement, working cross functionally to develop content. Manage all sales kickoff events. Build framework for talent assessment across the sales organization to identify enablement, training or recruiting opportunities.

What your background should be

At least 4-6 years of experience in sales enablement, or comparable role. Proven ability to build a sales enablement program from ground up. Ability to work in ambiguous early stage company and initiate tasks with little direction and training. Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Strong planning, decision making, and judgment skills. Must be flexible in responding to changing business demands and able to work in a fast paced environment.
