Manager, Software Development, AFT Inventory

What you'll be doing: Build and operate software, hardware, and the process that run the global network of fulfilment centers. Provide a scalable system to support company expanding business is a complex architectural challenge, and accurate inventory information is a critical piece. Build the authority for all company inventory movements globally. Directly own the architecture, engineering quality and technical roadmap of the inventory notification graph. Develop complex software systems, excellent people and project management skills, keen technical aptitude, solid communication skills, and be driven to achieve results in a fast paced environment.

What your background should be: 7+ years related experience. 3+ years of experience leading a software development team through multiple product/platform releases. 4+ years of experience making significant individual contribution to real world software development. Proficiency with an object oriented programming language, strong object oriented design and algorithmic analysis background. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

Required Schooling / Training: Master degree in computer science or related field.
