Able to determine dimensional measurements and to perform basic calculations. Good mechanical aptitude. Able to perform as a self-directed worker or within a team environment. Good communication skills and good problem-solving skills. High attention to detail. Able to use small machines and hand tools. Able to stand and operate a machine for several hours at a time.
