What you'll be doing

Builds and maintains partnerships with business leaders to ensure recruiting function meets business needs. Delivers full-cycle talent acquisition for critical positions in the business unit. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Human Resources and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Drives associate engagement. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and company policies, procedures for multiple facilities. Executes human resource business plans for the regional level. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Oversees, communicates and drives the consistent implementation of the companys HR practices, systems, and personnel-related activities in multiple facilities. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions.

What your background should be

2 years of retail, hospitality or service related experience. HR Professional Certification. 3 years HR Generalist or Specialist experience supporting a multi-unit environment or 6 years of HR experience with at least 2 years experience as an HR generalist supporting a multi-unit.

Required Schooling / Training

Master Degree or higher in an HR related field.
