What you'll be doing

The Market HR Manager is responsible for builds and maintains partnerships with business leaders to ensure recruiting function meets business needs. Delivers full cycle talent acquisition for critical positions in the business unit. Demonstrates up to date expertise in human resources and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Drives associate engagement. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and company policies, procedures for multiple facilities. Executes human resource (HR) business plans for the regional level. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Oversees, communicates and drives the consistent implementation of the companies HR practices, systems, and personnel related activities in multiple facilities. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions.

What your background should be

3 years of HR generalist or specialist experience supporting a multi-unit/multi-business environment or 6 years of HR experience with at least 2 years of retail, hospitality or service-related experience is preferred.HR Professional Certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR) is preferred.

Required Schooling / Training

BA/BS Degree in an HR related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations/Labor Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, Organizational Development/Organizational Behavior). Masters Degree or higher in an HR-related field preferred (e.g., Industrial Relations)
