What you'll be doing

The client is seeking a market management consultant who will develop and maintain key relationships works with assigned area to optimize business results.create spreadsheet forecasting models and develop database tools to assist senior management in provider/customer negotiations, to measure growth and monitor profitability. Work in a consultative role with various departments locally and at corporate headquarters in creating effective information and analyses in order to optimize the markets strategic objectives. Meets established expectations and takes responsibility for achieving results encourages others to do the same. Consistently models and inspires high levels of integrity, lives up to commitments, and takes responsibility for the impact of one's actions. Engages others by gathering multiple views and being open to diverse perspectives, focusing on a shared purpose that puts this organization overall success first. What your background should be

Prior experience in a fast paced insurance or health care setting, exposure to the company edw, experience creating reports that drive the organizational strategy, understanding of organizational branding requirements, exceptional understanding of excel computer literate (ms word, power point, excel). Proven analytical skills, spreadsheet modelling and database development. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, strong oral and written communication skills. Strong relationship building skills, graduate degree preferred.
