What you'll be doing

Drive growth by spending the majority of the time in the field developing referral relationships that result in eligible referrals. Conduct personalized visits to priority referral sources and represent the agency in community events. Implement inside and outside marketing initiatives to increase client census. Perform phone intakes of potential clients. Conduct assessments and sign up new clients over the phone and in person. Work with the marketing team to develop, plan and implement various marketing strategies. Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team.

What your background should be

Creative and outside the box thinker. Marketing/sales experience in the health care industry preferred. Nursing background preferred but not a must. Knowledge of web management, online and social media marketing a big plus.

Required Schooling / Training

Degree in marketing, business management or communications preferred.
