Marketing Support Representative

What you'll be doing: Provide world-class marketing support for various sale related issue. Carefully and thoughtfully analyzing data and deriving potential solution for potential or existing customer and internal sale representative. Focus on the purpose of promoting the company product and service. Provide conclusion and recommendation to the sale structure for further action. Gather critical data via telephone or electronic inquiries with potential or existing customer. Manage effectively marketing, sale, and legal resource. Understand the need of support and maintenance in various aspect-entailing sale and marketing. Support dealer coupon and promotion campaign. Establish and maintain effective relationship with prospect and customer and gain trust and respect.

What your background should be: Previous works experience in marketing support environment, finance company, or auto industry a plus. Strong communication skill; written and verbal. Detail oriented. Exceptional time management and organizational skill. Efficiency with windows and Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Ability to multi task and excel in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated, result oriented, high integrity sale professional. Thrive in a team environment.
