What you'll be doing
- Enhance digital photos when necessary. Create customized photo books for previews properties (Photoshop/InDesign). Create brochures, postcards and flyers as needed (Photoshop/InDesign). Liaise with corporate and print advertising staff for print ads; design print ads. Logo and other custom design. Perform various functions to update info through administrative sites and web-based applications for new listings (GoDaddy, Xpressdocs, etc). Download and distribute online links for photos from vendors. Create CMAs for agents (using MLS & other Online systems). Assist agents in maintaining agent profiles. Stay current on new info provided by Home Office on CBResource Center Perform timekeeping on a regular basis. Provide consultation and/or support to agent inquiries regarding their marketing needs, i.e. mailings, market share, technology, etc. Run in-office workshops for agents as needed.
What your background should be
- 1-2 years related experience. Adobe Photoshop, indesign, and Illustrator required; Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, secondary. Prepress software preferred. Strong writing skills for concise and professional communication. Must be extremely organized and focused on attention to detail; confidence to check ones own work. Creative and tech-minded; analytical and detail oriented. Strong customer service skills comfortable with client interaction, training, and relationship development.

- BA in graphic design
