What you'll be doing
- Provide an opportunity to learn and execute sourcing and recruiting skills for the complete life-cycle recruitment process. Support the graduate campus recruiting group to recruit top MBA and graduate talent for selective leadership development programs. This individual will act as the face of the program to all candidates. In a fast paced environment, work with team to coordinate interview schedules, arrange travel and manage candidate correspondence. Clearly and effectively communicate recruiting procedures, detail and status to candidates, recruiters and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, interview schedules and other recruiting activities using recruiting management system and other filing systems. Support the operational aspects of the recruiting cycle including resume management, logistics, reporting, tracking, etc. Ensure company and legal compliance with employment practices, policies and processes. May coordinate and administer pre-employment assessments; schedule recruiting events; assist with college relations activities. May screen and evaluate employee applicants for positions.
What your background should be
- This position is full-time, but an evening class schedule can be accommodated. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Strong project management and execution skills. Ability to manage time effectively and execute work autonomously. Excellent attention to detail and understanding of relationship management and candidate due follow-up. Strong analytical mindset, to include understanding of process improvement. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with information systems and software applications. Moderate/advanced level of knowledge with Excel is required.
