Minimum one year of experience in DME coverage/billing guidelines as well as Medicare DMEPOS coverage and payment rules is strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft applications including, but not limited to Word and Excel. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as the ability to identify, interpret and evaluate problems to determine appropriate resolutions.
Required Schooling / Training
High school diploma or GED.
