What you'll be doing
- The candidate for the Medical Office Clerk position will perform various office support functions needed to guarantee the most courteous, efficient and accurate operations of medical practice. The other tasks may be assigned in the process of work as well.
What your background should be
- Special requirements for the Medical Office Clerk position: - High School Diploma. - From 1 to 3 years of previous experience with / in phone and computer skills within the medical office environment. - From 1 to 3 years of prior experience with / in medical office medical records, ICD-9 and CPT Coding highly desired. - Basic oral, reading, writing skills. - Ability to properly and kindly respond to the co-worker or client. - Maintain 100% confidential information. - Ability to interact with a wide range of people. - Intermediate computer knowledge.
