What you'll be doing

The Medical Records Clerk will organize and evaluate medical records of the patients, as well as review them for completeness and accuracy. The individual will take responsibility for filling and retrieving medical records. The Medical Records Clerk will work in accordance with the instructions as well as pre-established guidelines in order to conduct the basic job functions. Note that the chosen person will work under immediate supervision and provide Manager or Supervisor with detailed reports.

What your background should be

The Medical Records Clerk position requires: - Solid knowledge of commonly used procedures, concepts and practices within a particular area. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - From two years of relevant experience within the field.
