What you'll be doing
- Under minimum supervision, the Medical Records Clerk will be required to take responsibility for assembling and maintaining health information of the patients in medical charts and records. Besides, the basic duties and responsibilities may include: - Scanning pertinent information into the EMR of the patients. - Assembling patients
What your background should be
- The Medical Records Clerk position requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - From one years of previous experience within the Health Care industry. - Ability to use good judgment in the course of collaboration with the outside sources, patient, physicians and personnel. - Practice management knowledge and proficient in word processing software. - Ability to cope with the redundant tasks with minimum errors.
