Mobile Interaction Designer

What you'll be doing: The mobile interaction designer will lead mobile user interaction design from concept to implementation in coordination with other interaction designers, researchers, visual designers, engineers and product managers. Work with an agile, cross-functional team of product management, user experience and engineering to translate business problems, and requirements into compelling, innovative mobile solutions that demonstrate the power and value of the mobile experience. Create innovative, highly usable interaction flows for a variety of mobile applications and mobile platforms. Continually innovate, using the Cisco/WebEx suite of industry-leading tools and products. Promote a constructive environment for idea exploration and creativity. Become part of a brilliant and fun global UX team. The incumbent will self-manage own tasks and schedules.

What your background should be: Three years working as a professional mobile user interaction designer with a stunning portfolio full of out-of-the-box thinking. Proficiency and deep understanding in key mobile platforms : iOS, Android, Windows 8. Clear understanding of mobile paradigms for phones and tablets, mobile best practices, web applications and a rich interaction experience required. Applicant should have clear understanding of usability principles, proven ability to balance multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines, excellent communication skills & collaborative skills across teams and cultures.
