What your background should be

Five plus years of related experience is required. Must have an understanding of basic reliability/maintainability data and statistical analysis. Interim secret clearance is also required. Experience in sustainment modeling, aircraft obsolescence, BCA analysis, LOR and O&S cost preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft tools is essential.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in engineering or a technical field or equivalent.
