Mortgage Quality Control Specialist

What you'll be doing: Our company is a subsidiary of American Heritage Federal Credit Union that is now on the lookout for a skilled Mortgage Quality Control Specialist to work in our mortgage company. The Mortgage Quality Control Specialist role will ensure all approved loans are in compliance that involves Local, Federal, State and Investor compliance forms. Besides, the Mortgage Quality Control Specialist will be required to review the underwriters decisions for both denying and approving loan applications; to ensure all conditions and documentation were cleared. In addition to everything mentioned above, the Mortgage Quality Control Specialist will also provide mortgage liaison services for 69 Credit Union and AMHFCU partners all over Pennsylvania as well as surrounding areas.

What your background should be: The Mortgage Quality Control Specialist must: - Have Associates Degree. - Have Direct Endorsement (DE) certification. - Current advanced knowledge of FHA, PHFA, FNMA and VA programs and guidelines. - Well developed communication skills. - Ability to identify and cultivate both - existing and future opportunities within the business segment. - Previous experience commensurate with position requirements will be considered for the Mortgage Quality Control Specialist role.
