What you'll be doing

Facility invoice and billing questions including DSSI processing. Billing past discharge date. Product no longer at the facility. Product owned and being billed. Request buy out of rental product. Follow up with facility staff to ensure appropriateness and utilization of rental product. Coordinate appropriate product checks for ongoing clinical need at pre-designated intervals for higher acuity products. Coordinate product training and education and provide service repair or education support materials on demand. Verify warranty support and arrange service of facility owned companies products, including maintaining parts list and pricing. Effectively use sales tools (CRM) to coordinate and calendar customer activities. Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and product application. Coordinate field based sales activities such as customer implementations, product in servicing, product trials and product demonstrations.

What your background should be

Minimum 3 year of professional customer service or inside sales experience preferably in the healthcare space. Clinical background preferred. Demonstrates good time management and call execution skills. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Proficient with MS Office, MS Outlook and sales force (SFDC). Intermediate Excel skills. Large ERP systems, especially SAP. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong analytical or problem solving skills. Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact. Demonstrates professionalism in working with internal and external associates treating all issues and people fairly. Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution. Ability to potentially work remotely with minimal daily supervision.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree required.
