What you'll be doing

Maintain high standards of personal grooming and portray an appropriate brand and company image at all times. Lead by example, in giving every client a great ward robing experience, by consistently utilizing iPad look books, the fitting room experience and other tools. Train sales associates on product category, monthly floor set and content and lead training seminars as needed with new hires and new collection arrivals. Develop selling strategies for the store based on looks available in the store, working out substitutions for items or looks not available and coming up with look of the day and other concepts that make it easy for associates to present the product. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the luxury retail market and current fashion trends; show passion in visiting competitive brands stores and studying their collections. Liaise and update the general manager or department manager regarding all financial targets and weekly reports relating to the department.

What your background should be

A minimum of 1 year of specializing in the relevant product category. Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets. Excellent customer service skills. Must have good communication skills. Have a thorough understanding of garment fit, cut, knowledge of fabrics, styling and manufacturing techniques while being perceptive of the customers needs, listening and showing enthusiasm for the product and brand.
