What you'll be doing
- The primary purpose of the Non Metro Auto Care Center Manager position is to coordinate completes and oversees job related activities and assignments for the auto care center. Drive sales and financial performance in the auto care center and service area. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity. Maintain the auto care center and automotive sales floor and service area. Provide customer service and assistance. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates. Duties and responsibilities are listed but not limited to above.
What your background should be
- 1 year of supervisory experience is required and 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred. 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field and 3 years experience in automotive service or service industry related field is also preferred. A valid driver license is mandatory. Automotive certification from automotive technical institute is preferred. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is preferred.
