What you'll be doing
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the performance of cap causal evaluations on events or conditions including equipment, organizational and programmatic (O&P), and/or human performance causal factors; responsible for the quality of critical cause evaluation products through the management review and approval cycle. Supply, deliver and process energy for customers. Apply equipment failure, human performance, O&P, and common tools and knowledge of current industry root cause analysis techniques, procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- At least 5 years like-work experience. ASQ-certified quality engineer or manager. Six sigma certification. Demonstrated capabilities in the completion of successful cause analysis of critical events/conditions with sufficient experience to be considered expert in this role.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree
