What you'll be doing
- We are searching for a competent Office Administrator to provide support for the Finance Director and help the entire department though: - Conducting research, data compilation and financial analysis as directed by the manager. - Receiving all telephone calls for Director and distributing important messages. - Managing international and domestic visas and travel. - Accomplishing expense reports each month. - Providing assistance in note taking and meeting preparation. - Scheduling meetings and handling the Outlook calendar. - Serving as first point of contact for Finance and dealing with the Finance inquiries. - Serving as an organization administrator for Town Car International car services. - Assisting in the process of formatting, reconciliation and handling the private information. - Binding and filing.
What your background should be
- The most essential requirements for the position include: - Two years of work experience as minimum. - Bachelor
