What you'll be doing

The chosen candidate for the Office Administrator position will provide administrative support to operations and managements. The basic responsibilities and duties may include: - Recordkeeping, preparation of reports on a regular basis. - Clerical / administrative tasks (revenue (AR), payroll and accounts payable (AP) processing. - Customer and inter-office correspondence and communication. - Help ROM with updates, coordination and performance of clerical office procedures. - Basic office functions (maintenance of office supplies, answer phone calls and some dispatch).

What your background should be

The candidate for the Office Administrator position must meet the basic requirements: - Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to multi-task and cope with the position routine tasks with 0% of supervision. - Ability to collaborate with the offsite team. - Ability to work in a friendly team. - Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook). - Previous experience with SAP system highly desired.
