What you'll be doing

Our company seeks a well-organized and qualified Office Administrator to: - Coordinate multiple administrative functions (training compliance, ordering supplies, facilities requirements, performance appraisals and so on). - Administer all the internal projects that are related to EXL Compliance, HR and FP&A. - Provide help for the General Accounting, AP and AR Payroll groups according to the requirements.

What your background should be

Professional Work Experience: The individual must have working knowledge of F&A processes and a fast pace office administration. It is preferable for the candidate to have at least (3) years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools, Oracle and/or PeopleSoft Payroll. You are an ideal Office Administrator if you have the following skills and experiences: - Flexibility to work extra hours to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. - Exceptional customer care service skills. - Ability to work under little supervision. - Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Office Word. - Computerized ERP systems knowledge. - Ability to cope with the detail analysis. - Great organizational and communication skills.
