What you'll be doing
- The most successful candidate for the Office Administrator position will take responsibility for the office administrative duties as well as some other functions: - Provide assistance with the A / R collections. - Help with the process of coordination of the office efficiency via supporting office staff with routine functions. - Perform new hire orientation. - Prepare payroll summaries and process all timesheets. - Answer incoming phone lines and assist as the receptionist of the front office. - Deal with the forms and benefit questions for employees and candidates.
What your background should be
- The Office Administrator position qualifications are the following: - Efficiency in all MS Office applications. - Ability to prioritize and organize a great number of tasks simultaneously. - High School Education or equivalent. - College degree strongly desired.
