- The most important tasks of the Office Administrator position: - Manage Accounts Payable process. - Manage process of accounts receivable. - Process various clients orders. - Make sure all paperwork is processed as required by the policies.
What your background should be
- As an Office Administrator, you must have the following skills and qualifications: - Experience with A / P, A / R. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - High School Diploma or general education degree is a must. - Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite.
