What you'll be doing
- The successful applicant will possess strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills, with a positive and outgoing attitude, responsible for being the first point of contact for visitors and staff. Main duties include opening and closing the office, supervising the department assistant, processing invoices and producing the monthly staff newsletter. The post holder will also be expected to liaise with security, building management staff and vendors, and manage the staff events calendar.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years of work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
Required Schooling / Training
- College degree required.
