What you'll be doing
- The Office Manager will handle office activities to achieve maximum expense control and productivity. The person will provide guidance and management of clerical and support staff. May support purchasing and facilities management in the location. It is the accountability of the Office Manager to maintain company records (i.e. personnel files), track attendance, vacation, conduct new hire orientation, and administer pay increases for workers. She/he will process checks requests and invoices for payment; ensure that all discounts are taken, code to proper general ledger account and determine taxability of expenses and record proper tax expenses. Also answer to requests for vendor information as needed.
What your background should be
- 2 years of office management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED

- Produces and sells Dry Pepper, Snapple, 7up, Sunkist, Canada dry, Mott's, Hawaiian punch and other beverages.
