What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will oversee and participate in all aspects of student enrollment including registration, attendance, data entry, billing, wait lists, etc. Office Manager will design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments. Office Manager is responsible for maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. In addition, she/he will support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.

Required Schooling / Training

Associate's degree

In addition to the traditional classes in Ballet, Jazz, and Tap, specialty classes in Contemporary, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern, Special Needs, Turns & Jumps, and Boys Technique Boot Camp are also available.
