What you'll be doing
- Office Manager is expected to provide administrative and office support to the Food Service Management team which will include managing basic office accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and processing payroll for assigned units. The position holder will conduct activities associated with onboarding of new team members such as orientation to company policies and team member handbook and ensures all new hire paperwork is complete. Essential job function for this post is the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Moreover, she/he will process invoices and enter data to balance accounting records, accurately pay invoices, payroll reporting, and reconciling reports.
What your background should be
- 2 years of clerical experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
