What you'll be doing

Under minimal supervision, the Office Manager will coordinate professional administrative support for the Jekyll Island Foundation and Board of Directors. Responsibilities involve management of phone calls, visitors, and donor database including accounting functions, coordination of travel, meetings, appointments, and drafting/typing of correspondence. The Office Manager will be liable for the coordination of work flow and follow up with delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines. The incumbent will keep projects, materials and marketing on schedule. The person will ensure that all materials, documents, and communications are maintained in strict confidence and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
