What you'll be doing
- Office Manager will prepare invoices and billing customers, schedule appointments/manage calendars/attent phone calls, resolve hardware issues and help in maintaining aquipment. It is the function of the Office Manager to assist partners and associate in day to day administrative functions, also assist in paperwork. The individual will be chargeable for maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Moreover Office Manager will maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
