What you'll be doing
- As an Office Representative, candidate will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote products including auto, home and life insurance. Other duties such as develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day. Candidate will help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto insurance, Home insurance, Life insurance, Retirement planning etc.
What your background should be
- Basic requirements of this position is outside sales or inside sales experience, retail sales associate or telemarketing, successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas, excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills such as written, verbal and listening. People oriented organizational skills, self-motivated, Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain), Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
