What you'll be doing

Monitoring energy management system, stand by generation plant and uninterrupted power supply plant. Testing the industrial cooling tower. Handling internal work orders which include modular furniture re-configurations and room set up. Executing the preventative maintenance program for entire power plant. Update maintenance logs on a daily basis.

What your background should be

Experience in 2 or more areas of emergency & safety procedures (CPR certifiable), building security, documentation of planned maintenance, basic electrical, A/C energy management, industrial cooling tower water treatment, UPS/standby power plant generation, above average PC skills. Experience working in a facilities or similar environment.
