What you'll be doing

Analyze, model and document process and procedure. Develop and implement change management plan. Draft technical document containing business rule and requirement. Build training plan, material, and training reporting tool for specific job within technical operation. Develop management reporting tool that document and communicate the progress of compliance related activity to ensure timely completion. Translate technical engineering criteria, rule, and process into report, process, training guide, and training certification plan that permit the company to operate its transmission system safely and reliably. Provide training on workflow, methodology, and tool related to technical operation. Review, revise, and edit document as needed to ensure successful system operation.

What your background should be

Expert level and practical experience in MS office suite tool including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Mastery of Excel, including pivot tables, charting and reporting. Advanced knowledge of Visio and other flowchart tool. Proven experience working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment is essential. Must be a good communicator with excellent leadership, possess persuasive, and people management skill.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in information technology, business systems, organizational development, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
