What you'll be doing
- Responsible for performing a complete review of all new commercial loans, modifications and renewals entered on the AFS commercial loan system. Possess knowledge of all commercial loan products along with interpreting legal documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of the loan structure/key fields entered. The incumbent will be expected to accurately analysis the components/data and communicate any discrepancy to company business partners between the system and legal documentation. The incumbent will consistently provide quality customer service in a professional manner. Communicate directly via e-mail, phone and written correspondence with loan specialist, relationship managers and internal customers. The applicant must comply with and adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
What your background should be
- The candidate should have 3 years of commercial loan experience. Must have strong organization skills; strong ability to multi-task; strong customer service skills; strong time management skills and strong knowledge of department computer applications and systems. Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and Access. Demonstrate problems-solving, research and analytical skills. Strong internal and external oral/written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate results in a clear concise manner independently.
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate degree.
