What you'll be doing

The operations coordinator & specialist will assist prioritizing, scheduling, monitoring & staffing day to day projects handled by the department, including all new and existing requests for resources from sales and department supporting RFP response, sponsorship/program development, senior department attendance at customer meetings and brand solutions. The candidate will support the team manager in understanding and refining team processes, workflow and communication with other team members and sales team. S/he will also collaborate with the team manager to organize communication to all teams and assist with vetting. The incumbent would be responsible for working with individual account solution managers to balance resources and help monitor and track overall project progress. Collaborate with operations management team to analyze departmental resource allocation to determine if processes are working efficiently and supporting the current stakeholders needs. Contribute to the development of revenue producing programs and campaigns in response to requests for proposals (RFPs). Build strong relationships within communications teams to manage internal and external communications regarding new advertising programs and revenue generating opportunities. Conduct administrative and sales responsibilities as needed. Perform other duties.

What your background should be

This position required minimum 3 years of working experience in related fields. The applicant must have ability to manage the ZOO operations and performance analysis. Must have strong communications skills.
