What you'll be doing
- The Operations Manager will be required to directly manage from 1 to 4 Department Supervisors, who oversee 10-40 Distribution Centre Associates within the Order Receiving, Fill, Shipping, Internal or Maintenance Audit Departments. Besides, the Operations Manager will also take responsibility for the overall coordination, direction as well as evaluation of their teams while meeting all set goals and maximizing productivity. We guarantee flexible hours.
What your background should be
- The Operations Manager must be experienced within the field as well as be passionate about taking care of the animals. Good communication skills are a must have for the Operations Manager position.
