What you'll be doing

We are looking for an individual, who will be required to provide daily management and oversight of the company Project Management team. The Operations Manager will also take responsibility for the implementation of the clients; manage as well as improve the implementation process in order to insure all the installs are correct and performed in a timely manner. The other duties and responsibilities of the Operations Manager position may include: - Manage or / and assist within complex project installations. - Supervise Project Management personnel. - Serve as an escalation point for the implementation and customer install issues. - Collaborate with the representatives of the other departments and management regarding various issues. - Take responsibility for driving installs intervals and metrics, both external and internal. - Generate detailed management reports and accurate tracking of installs. - Work on special projects as assigned by the management. - Provide professional training and continued development of Solutions Architects.

The Operations Manager position requirements: - VoIP knowledge, Project Management, Customer interfacing. - Bachelor
